Location is perfect, just a short walk to the Falls. The bar has karaoke nights, which was fun. The breakfast could be better, not much variety and some items ran out. Parking was also a hassle; the garage is a bit far. the room was clean and spacious.

Location is super convenient, just a short walk to the falls. The indoor pool is nice, plus there's billiards and darts for fun. The room cleanliness could be improved; we noticed some dust and stains. Breakfast choices were limited. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast options like waffles and muffins. The staff went out of their way to help us with everything we needed.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the location and service.

They have a fantastic spot right near all the action. Breakfast? Well, it's a buffet that could use some real eggs instead of mystery food.
The check-in process is painfully slow.

Location is the highlight here—easy access to attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. Joan, a staff member, truly stood out; she went out of her way to help us find a luggage cart, showcasing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels outdated and due for renovations. Dirty linens and a smelly elevator were off-putting. Breakfast was chaotic, and the coffee situation in the room was nonexistent. A few front desk staff were unfriendly. The potential is there, but small, frustrating details keep it from shining.

Comfortable beds, pleasant atmosphere with a clean room and convenient location that allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions.
Nothing for me.

Great potential, but severely lacking. Location is excellent. Walking distance to attractions is a major plus. Friendly staff, which is a relief in an otherwise challenging stay. Found washcloths from previous guests and hair in the shower. Insufficient towels for four people is frustrating. The pool was uninviting, and the surrounding area felt neglected. Though the room had good amenities—a fridge, microwave, and generous coffee supply—first impressions matter. A dirty lobby and poorly maintained bathrooms don't inspire confidence. This experience fell short of expectations. Attention to detail and upkeep are sorely needed. It could be a solid choice for a quick trip, but improvements are essential.

We walked into our room and it was just gross—sticky floors, weird stains everywhere, and dead bugs on the carpet. The air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

I was thrilled with how easy it was to walk to all the major attractions, with Niagara Falls State Park just a 10-minute stroll away and the stunning Horseshoe Falls only about a 30-minute walk; I loved being able to pop over to Old Falls Street for great dining options and felt super comfortable in the cozy beds after a long day of exploring, plus the hotel had good amenities, including an indoor pool. However, the breakfast experience could definitely use some improvement, as it was often crowded and limited in choices.

I absolutely loved the indoor swimming pool! It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The sun loungers by the pool made it so easy to soak up the relaxing vibes.
Couldn't recommend more! 🌟❤️

She handled our issues with professionalism and grace, which was greatly appreciated. On the downside, the room we were initially assigned was a complete disappointment. It was dirty and outdated, with missing door locks and a shower door that came off the track. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair in the shower and on the bed. It was really disappointing to walk into a room in such a state. I must give credit where it's due - the hot water in the shower was a saving grace. But unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room. the lack of availability of basic amenities like eggs, bacon, and sausage for breakfast was a letdown. And the parking situation with only 20 spots for well over 1000 rooms was quite inconvenient, not to mention the high daily rate for the parking garage. while the location was great for our trip, the overall experience at Quality Inn fell short of expectations. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of room cleanliness, amenities, and overall maintenance. I hope they take feedback like this into consideration ' experiences.

The location was excellent, right next to the falls and walking distance to many eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. The room size was good, and we appreciated the quick breakfast options available each morning. It was convenient to have coffee available all day in the lobby, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby food vendors and having parking options available, even though it came at a cost.
The water dripping from the air conditioning was a nuisance, and the broken and dirty furniture left a lot to be desired. The cleanliness overall was lacking, with unclean surfaces and a tub full of hair.

The bed was clean and comfortable, allowing for some restful sleep. the bathroom lacked basic toiletries, containing only a bar of soap. Temperature control was problematic; the room felt cold, requiring hours of heater use to warm up. The shower had inconsistent hot water, which was frustrating. I noticed spider webs and dirty windows, indicating poor cleanliness. The hallways were dark and uninviting. While the location was ideal, the overall maintenance left much to be desired, which detracted from the comfort of the stay. There was a definite absence of attention in room upkeep.

We had an amazing time exploring Niagara Falls aboard the Maid of the Mist boat tours. The experience of getting up close to the powerful waterfalls left us in awe. The kids especially loved feeling the mist on their faces as we sailed through the waters.
For dads it would be great if more kid-friendly activities were offered.

Legends Bar & Grill is a lifesaver for midnight snack attacks. The drive to Toronto is a scenic 2-hour joyride. Quality Hotel's amenities and diverse menu cater to all my needs. My room had a fantastic view of the falls, truly breathtaking.
I felt so pampered, it's unbearable! .

Location to the Falls was great, just a short walk away! having access to nearby restaurants and fresh coffee in the lobby was convenient.
The lack of clear signage made finding the entrance and parking a nightmare. Rooms were missing basic amenities like soap and shampoo.

I was impressed with the accommodating pet-friendly policy, providing a spacious suite with balcony and ample space for my large Golden Retriever. The clean and comfortable room boasted a view of the mist from the Falls, making for a pleasant stay. The available work desk and quiet surroundings were appreciated, as well as the complimentary breakfast options for other guests. I'll recommend this hotel.
